UTRSOL Structure
Board of Directors
Structurally, UTRSOL is set up as a Board of Directors with the following eight seats: Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Executive Director, Communications Director, Advertising Director, and Public Relations Director. We are in the process of drafting Articles of Incorporation to become a legal entity in Utah and will look toward 501c(3) and 501c(4) status at a later time.

This committee encompasses researching state and federal laws, and peer reviewed articles in an effort to learn, educate, and engage members and the public about current laws and research surrounding the registry and its affects on prevention, recidivism, and implementation.

This committee researches into recidivism assessments (Static-99R, VASOR, Stable-2007, and various other assessments) to determine the best risk-based evaluations that should be used when determining to place an individual on the registry.
